1. Order Confirmation

Orders placed through our store are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order is confirmed and being processed.

2. Payment

We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery. Other forms of payment are not accepted.

3. Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:

• Local: 3 to 5 business days

• International: 7 to 15 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on destination and courier service conditions.

4. Cancellations

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Certain products such as custom-made or sale items may not be eligible. Return requests can be initiated by emailing [email protected].

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued in cash only and processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and approving your return. Our team will arrange the refund method based on your location.

7. Availability

We strive to keep our product listings up to date. In case an item is out of stock after you’ve ordered it, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
