Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a reliable, trackable shipping service.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued in cash only.
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval

  • A cash refund will be arranged within 5 to 7 business days

We will contact you to coordinate how the cash refund will be delivered or collected based on your location.
